In-Home Supports

Open Door Rehabilitation Center’s In-Home Supports program incorporates the Department of Human Services (DHS) Intermittent Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) program and the Home Based program. These programs support individuals with developmental disabilities in their own homes or apartments.

In-Home Supports monthly activity calendar gives individuals something to do on nights and weekends. Exciting activities like gourmet club, game night, bowling, shopping trips, all day trips to sporting events and tourist attractions, monthly social club and much more.
